Moves: Bubble, Bubblebeam, Bite, Skull Bash. Don't ask me why I know Bubble and Bubblebeam - there is a distinct difference between the two moves and it's none of your business what that is.
Accessories: A bowtie. The color? Burgundy, naturally.

Bob is the single member of the Rogue group, Team Hot Tub. He likes to work alone and likes to act as if he doesn't play well with others, but his bright side comes out in a group. By himself, Bob acts sullen and depressed, a silent and stoic member that doesn't need to play by the rules to get things done; with others Bob is a much brighter character, a goofy and rambunctious member that doesn't like to play by the rules to get things done. Bob is a fun, lovable Squirtle but feels the need to hide these qualities when others are not around.

After being swept away from his parents by a harsh current when he was young, Bob decided to spend his time trying to find a way back home... Unfortunately he cannot remember the island he was born on. Convinced his parents were undoubtably searching for him too, Bob quickly began learning to survive on his own, one way being to work at a young age. There wasn't much he could do, but over time the odd jobs he did for others as he traveled around did enough to keep him alive and healthy. Awhile later Bob stumbled upon Tao Village and decided to take a break there; he did some work for other Pokemon and saved up enough to rent a room in a building complex that looked fairly new.

Bob had never really seen eye-to-eye with any rule system he came across, and while he was a little mischievous, he didn't break any rules to purposefully hurt others... most of the time. So he didn't really see the problem of breaking into someone's home and taking back some things that a little Mime Jr. had said were stolen from him from a bully. Getting into trouble was nothing new to Bob, but hearing from a stranger that a group might be able to use his 'talents' was, and so not long after Bob found himself a member of the Rogue guild.
